MakoWave Brand – 7-Day Return Policy

 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with original tags (if applicable).

 

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Items marked Final Sale

• Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or washing errors

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@makowavebrand.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective

 

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at orders@makowavebrand.com.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
